PLEASURE POINT TRIANGLE HOUSE : All rooms but one have 180 degree ocean views.  We are so close to the beach you can throw a rock in the water. The surfers glide by on their boards in front of your face. A truly mesmerizing experience to watch. Their activity appears so effortless, but in actuality, not so. One can sit at the dining room table for hours and look out through the mirrored windows as the joggers, bicyclists, in-line skaters, and walkers go by.

The home itself, was designed in 1979 by a prominent local architect. Previous to this the original structure historically had been used as a pizza parlor, restaurant, market, hippi commune, surfboard shop, and brothel. The name pleasure point, the area in which are located, was appropriately named by the many brothels which were located in this area in times gone by.

The home is a craftsman type worthy of a ships craftsman's accolades. Each interior door is made of 65 separate pieces of wood. To keep the sand from the beach out of the house, we've installed a shower in the garage. In closing, the home is referenced in a book called Unique Architecture of Santa Cruz County. The home has something for everyone. The young can participate in all the action in close proximity and mature adults can watch without having ever left the house through the privacy of the mirrored windows or out in full view from the decks above. The home lends itself towards an action oriented group as well as those who are curious from a private location.

Our home is affectionately known by locals as the Pleasure Point Triangle House.  Every ocean view picture depicted below was taken from inside the house. On the back side of the Triangle is a two car tandem drive thru garage from 34th avenue to East Cliff Drive.  Even the views through the garage doors surpass those of nearly all houses.

	In the living room you can catch the early evening news and in between segments you can steal a glance at all the local color jogging by.  High speed wireless Internet and Cable TV are available. The windows are all mirrored so in the daytime no one can see in.
	The front upstairs deck offers a spectacular 180 degree view of the Monterey Bay.  You don't have to walk down the street to catch whales, otters, seals, surfers, and sailboats go by.
	What can I say here? Surfer passing by on a wave directly in front of the house.  With binoculars you can even see him smile.
	Without leaving the house you get this view of the beach and ocean from inside the master bedroom.
	The kitchen is a perfect cooking triangle just like the house.  Cabinetry is made of Birdseye Maple and Walnut.  The counter tops are Blue Pearl Granite.  Many a women have gotten their hands chapped washing dishes in the sink because the views have been so inviting and there wasn't a rush to get the dishes done.
	Use our china or eat on paper plates but guaranteed you will sit here for hours watching an endless movie real of natural beauty pass by outside the house.
	Every room in the house but one has a full ocean view.  Not just a peak or a distant view from hundreds of feet back.  Check out the ocean reflection in the entry room windows.
	Master Bedroom Suite has a queen bed facing the fireplace.  Additionally, in this room we have two sinks, a shower, and a tub which is intentionally located in such a way that when we have a full moon you can watch it dance on the ocean while you bathe.  Not pictured but equally impressive is the other upstairs bedroom which has two twin beds and faces out to the point of the triangle and out to sea.
	The downstairs bedroom is perfectly set up for people that might not be able to go upstairs in that the full bath across the hallway has a shower with a seat in it and two shower heads.  The sauna is also located in this bathroom.
