Hiking, biking, sailing, surfing, fishing, golfing, whatever your sport may be, you are at the right spot. And after a day of activities whether sports or award winning wine tasting, know when you return to Sparrow’s Nest a deluxe spa awaits to soothe and recharge you.

Sparrow’s Nest boasts a newly remodeled, open and airy floor plan with bright colors and modern designs perfect for entertaining friends and family. A fully functional kitchen complete with gas stove, microwave, blender, food processor, coffee maker, and ice cream maker (oh my) will help to create wonderful meals to share. Enjoy DVD movies in the living room and let the sounds of the oceans lull you to sleep at night.

	Spacious second bedroom has a queen bed and overlooks the backyard.
	Second bedroom also gets lots of natural light
	Main bath has a deep tub for baths and adjustable shower head
	Third bedroom is slightly smaller but still has a queen bed
	Third bedroom also has a second , lockable door near the front of the house
	Master bedroom has en suite bathroom and queen bed
	En suite bath features custom artisan work and a large shower
	Many BBQ's to be had in this backyard

	OTHER INFORMATION: All stays are subject to a 10% hospitality tax and $120 cleaning fee.  An extra cleaning fee of $100 is charged for dogs. There are three queen beds and a maximum occupancy of six people
	LAUNDRY FACILITIES: There is a full size washer and dryer available for exclusive use.
	PARKING: Space for two cars plus street parking
	PETS: Welcome upon approval
	LINENS: All linens are provided for guests.
	CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT: Check in: 3pm  Check out: 11am
	SECURITY DEPOSIT: $500 - fully refundable and required for all stays
