Since we provide only a limited supply of toilet paper, paper towels, and other dispensable items to get you started on your first day of vacation, you should plan on making a trip to the grocery store to replenish these items as you need them. There is a Food Market within walking distance @ Seabright Ave & Murray; Safeway is located approximately 1 mile away on Soquel Drive near Seabright Avenue.
IMPORTANT: NO SMOKING & No Incense or Candle Burning, No Nail Polish & No Hair Dye permitted on the premises. As this is a residential area, music and voices must be kept to a moderate level in consideration of neighbors.
CHILDREN: ARE TO BE SUPERVISED BY ADULTS AT ALL TIMES. Because the house's living area is on the second floor, parents need to know that the glass on the Bay Window Seat is not tempered, only dual glazed; and the second story deck has spacing in the deck rail, where a small child can crawl between and fall. For **Safety** reasons this house may not be the most appropriate place for your vacation if you have young or rambuctious children.
