POINT BREAK BEACH HOUSE: The "Point Break Beach House" is located in an area known as "The Avenues". This brand new luxury vacation home features 4 bedrooms and 3 bath with parking for 5 cars. This home is truly world class in its location and execution. Built for discriminating tastes, the home features two lavishly appointed master suites each with its own fireplace. It was constructed with the latest Green Building Technology and is super efficient.
Enjoy the ocean views from several rooms and the expansive deck in this wonderfully decorated and efficiently laid out home. The rear deck can host a large, more social party, while the lower landscaped oasis can provide a more quiet and personal area to relax.
Jus eight doors to the beach and the stairs at the Hook, one of several nearby beaches great for surfing, boogie boarding, swimming, or just relaxing in the sun. Our central location makes it just a short drive or bike ride to the Santa Cruz Harbor, the Boardwalk, or to Capitola Village.

The property has a small cottage with a separate yard that is not part of the main house rental. If you need additional space, contact us for availability.
