While vacationing in this wonderful 2 story home you will enjoy spectacular ocean views
on both floors. Whether you are preparing a meal and dining in the kitchen area or relaxing in the living and deck areas, the ocean is in view. An added bonus is the rooftop deck where you can sip your favorite daytime or evening beverage while enjoying the panoramic view. This home is nicely equipped with Plasma and LCD televisions and good quality and plush furnishings. The outside areas include imported Italian pavers, green landscaping, patio furniture, barbeque and an outside shower. There is ample parking for you and your guests.
Downstairs includes one bedroom with a king bed and LCD TV, one bedroom with two twin beds and regular TV, 1 bathroom, kitchen, washer and dryer, family room with a Plasma TV, dining area and a patio. Upstairs includes one bedroom with a king bed and an LCD TV, one bedroom with a full size bed and LCD TV, bathroom, kitchen and dining area, family room with a plasma TV and a deck.

All bookings will be assessed a 10% hotel tax and a $175 sanitary cleaning fee, as well as a fully refundable booking/security deposit to secure the dates up front of $500. Holidays are $2,800 per week. Holidays include Easter, Christmas, New Years, 4th of July, and Memorial Day weeks.
