EAST CLIFF BEACH OASIS: East Cliff Beach Oasis is a luxury beach vacation rental. Located along the beautiful Monterey Bay, our ocean view home is one short block from an expansive, dog-friendly beach.  On East Cliff Drive between the Capitola Village and the Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk & Harbor, we are close to restaurants, entertainment, beaches, surfing, hiking, redwoods and more.

We offer luxury accommodations and comfortably sleep up to 6 people.  The home includes two bedrooms, two bathrooms and includes a new queen sofa sleeper in the living room.

Amenities:  Hot tub, Outdoor Shower with Hot/Cold Water, BBQ, Outdoor Kitchen, Patio Set, Outdoor Patio Heater, Beach Towels, Beach Chairs, Wireless Internet, Large Widescreen Plasma TV, DVD, Surround Sound, HD Cable.

The property has a small cottage with a separate yard that is occupied year round.

We consider our home a "Green" home - we use environmentally friendly cleaning products, bedding and towels.  We recently remodeled our home with many "green" materials and non-toxic finishes. 

We offer natural shampoo, conditioner and lotions for your use as well as organic coffee and teas.

	Artistically designed living room offers a Plasma Widescreen TV, DVD Player with surround sound, and a sectional sofa with queen sleeper mattress.
	This designer kitchen is fully equipped with a six-burner Wolf Range, built-in Subzero refrigerator with icemaker, dishwasher, filtered water, microwave, granite countertops, and beautiful custom cabinetry.  This gourmet kitchen has all the amenities you could want.
	Dining room includes seating for 6 people, 8 people with extension.  Bar area seats 3 people.  We also provide beautiful dishware for your use.
	The master suite includes a Cal King bed with luxury linens and down pillows.  A french door opens to the back patio with the hot tub.  This room includes a flat screen TV and DVD player with an assortment of DVDs.
	The second bedroom includes two new plush extra long twin beds with luxury linens and down comforters and pillows.  (Together they form a king bed - king linens available).  This room includes a TV and DVD player with an assortment of children’s and family DVDs.
	This bathroom includes a jetted tub, fully adjustable showerhead, double sinks and custom cabinetry.  The master bathroom has double showerheads, custom limestone tile and a bench seat.
	Bathroom opens to the back patio with the Hot Tub and outdoor shower.
	The back patio includes a new Hot Springs Hot Tub and an outdoor shower with hot water. The back patio also includes an outdoor kitchen including a BBQ, sink, filtered water, and outdoor refrigerator.
	This is the beautiful, expansive beach just one short block from our doorsteps at the end of 20th Avenue.

	OTHER INFORMATION: All stays are subject to a 10% County Occupancy Tax and a one-time Cleaning Fee of $110 ($135 for pets).
	LAUNDRY FACILITIES: Laundry room with high capacity front-loading washer and dryer with all supplies.
	PARKING: Two parking spaces included in the front driveway.  Street parking is also available.  For summer we provide two guest parking passes (summer is permit parking only).
	PETS: We welcome your pet.  Please notify us in advance if you would like to bring your pet.  Prior approval required.
	LINENS: We provide luxury bedding, down comforters and pillows, plush cotton and bamboo bath towels, and beach towels.
	CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT: Check In – 3:00pm & Check Out – 11:00am.
	SECURITY DEPOSIT: $500 Security Deposit fully refundable if no damage.
