Clark by The Sea : We welcome you to Clark by The Sea, a vacation beach home. Clark by The Sea accommodates up to 12 guests and offers you year round vacation rental in Santa Cruz. We take pride in providing you, our guests, with a top quality home that is modern, beautifully landscaped, extremely clean and full of fun things to do.
We are conveniently located 1 block from West Cliff Dr, near the Lighthouse Field and a 5-minute walk to sandy beaches.

Family Room - Enjoy this open room with partial ocean views. This is where you will want to relax after a busy day at the beach. The huge sectional seats 6-8 people. There is a 61” Big Screen TV with a dvd/vhs player, fireplace and cable. A desk is available with note pads, pens and a binder with information regarding this home, current activities in Santa Cruz and travel guides. Wireless Internet connection is also available. The sectional is a sofa sleeper and sleeps 2. |

Dining Area – The dining room opens to the family room and kitchen. The oak table seats 6 and the adjacent breakfast bar seats 2. Available in the ½ bathroom closet is a card table with 4 chairs for an additional 4 seats. The comfortable enclosed patio seats 4. |

Kitchen - The all-electric kitchen includes a microwave oven, dishwasher, disposal, refrigerator. The fully stocked kitchen includes spices, teas, coffee, hot chocolate, sugar, flour, salt, pepper, toaster, blender, coffee maker & grinder, knifes, bowls, pots, pans, wine glasses, tumblers, water glasses, silverware, paper plates, paper cups, plastic utensils and paper products. |

Master Suite – Huge Master Suite with queen size bed and a day bed with pull out trundle. The master suite accommodates 4 guests. The suite includes a private deck, fireplace, TV with basic cable, alarm clock, walk in closet. We have available a play n pack for your baby if needed in the master closet and 2 booster seats. Master bathroom has a tub with shower, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, toilet paper, tissue paper, hair dryer, linens, and towels. |

Game Room - This is the fun room with a beautiful full size pool table, pub tables, stereo system with cd player and board games. Adjacent to the game room is a small office area equipped with fax, copier, color printer and limited amount of office supplies. Please note this area will be only opened to guests when requested for your business needs otherwise all equip will be put away. |

Bedroom #2 - This bedroom has 2 twin beds decorated in nautical décor. It has a sliding patio door which leads to the lower backyard. A very nice place to read or just take an afternoon nap.

Views – Views from the upper deck. A bistro set with 2 chairs available to enjoy the sun. Please note that only 4 people are allowed at any one time in the upper deck and never allow children unattended in this area. |

Above prices are all base rate. Please add $200 sanitation fee and 10% City Tax to the above.
We allow a maximum of 12 guests at Clark by The Sea (no exceptions).
Sorry, but we do not allow smoking or pets under any circumstances.
We have a strict NO PARTY POLICY.
We will not rent to vacationing students or singles under 25 years of age unless accompanied by an adult guardian over 25 or parent.
You are required to leave the property in the same general condition that you received it.
Included at property: Bed linens, bath towels, BBQ grill, hair dryers, shampoo, hair conditioner, hand lotion, soap, picnic basket, children books and toys, VHS and DVD movies, books, Santa Cruz guides, paper, pens, magazines.
Walk, bike, jog or roller blade on famous West Cliff drive. 5 minute walk to beach. 15 minute walk to the boardwalk. Short drive to shopping, downtown, and Capitola.
What you should bring: You are welcomed to use anything on the premises. Pack your own personal toiletry items and beach towels. Our linens are not permitted off premises. The beach towels provided are to be used for the hot tub area only.

We provide linens, bath towels and beach towels for hot tub area only. |

CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT:
Check in time is anytime after 3:30pm. Check out time is no later than 10:30am. |

SECURITY DEPOSIT:
A damage/reservation deposit of $1000 is required. This must be received within seven (7) days of booking the reservation. The deposit is refundable within 21 days of departure provided there are no damages. |
