SANTA CRUZ OCEAN VIEW HOUSE: This delightful 4 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath beach house was designed to be comfortable, light and open. From the house you can see, hear and smell the ocean. From the deck you will enjoy sights and sounds of the Monterey Bay and the majestic beauty of the Pacific Ocean. Walk to Pleasure Point, known worldwide for its incredible beauty and great surfing, a Private Beach which you will have access to, and Capitola Village where you will find shopping, great food and more great beaches. Morning and sunset walks along East Cliff Drive (at Pleasure Point) are remarkable!

	LIVING ROOM This bright comfortable living room is the central gathering area of the house. Whether you're relaxing by the fire, snuggling up with a good book, watching cable TV, playing video games or just listening to the stereo with family and friends, you'll thoroughly enjoy time spent here.
	KITCHEN Many memorable meals have been prepared in this fully equipped kitchen. Just bring the food; everything else you need is already there!
	DINING ROOM Enjoy your meals in this sunny dining room, on the front deck or in the newly landscaped back yard. The dining room table seats eight and two more can join you at the kitchen bar.
	FRONT DECK Large front deck spans the length of the house. Use this pictured area for enjoying morning coffee and the newspaper. Sunbathe on the other side of the deck or take an afternoon nap on the hammock. Or simply enjoy the view from the deck as sailboats float by.
	VIEW FROM DECK On a clear day, see all the way across the Monterey Bay.
	MASTER BEDROOM The master bedroom is furnished with a queen size bed, and includes a large walk-in closet and adjoining master bath. There is plenty of dresser drawer space and a cable TV and VCR.
	SECOND BEDROOM Nicely furnished with queen size bed, ample drawer space and large closet.
	THIRD BEDROOM Queen size bed and large closet.  All bedrooms are located on the walk-in level of the house.  Living area is upstairs.
	FOURTH BEDROOM Also queen size bed and large closet. Down the hall from this bedroom is the spacious laundry room equipped with in-wall ironing board and iron.

	LARGE PRIVATE BACKYARD: Beautifully landscaped with spacious covered gazebo and hot tub.
	MAID SERVICE: Provided for a fee.  Please inquire.
	LINENS: Provided. Please inquire.
	LAUNDRY: Provided.
	CHECK-IN / OUT: Check In Saturday, 3p.m. Check Out Saturday, 11a.m.
	PETS: Permitted by prior arrangement.
	SECURITY DEPOSIT: $500 refundable security deposit required.
