A) Wash the linens, towels, and
fold them. Wash dishes in dishwasher. Sweep and mop floors. Clean
bathrooms, kitchen, oven, stove, and microwave. Vacuum and dust.
Please leave house like you found it. We have cleaning supplies
in the hall upstairs closet.
B) If you do
not wish to clean the house upon your check out, there is a cleaning
charge of $100. We will supply cleaning. If the house is left
in the need of excessive cleaning, a charge of $25 per hour may
be charged to you. Monies will be deducted from the security deposit.
