Beach Escape Cottage :Completely renovated beach cottage (renovation completed in February 2009) in a wonderful beach neighborhood just 10 houses or so to the beach. Ideal for an extended family (i.e., family + parent-in-laws), two families, or one family who would enjoy the benefit of two separate cottages.

Back house has two bedrooms (one with a comfortable queen bed and the other with twin sized bunk beds), bathroom with combination shower and tub, kitchen, living / dining room, and outdoor patio with BBQ.

Cozy front cottage includes comfortable queen bed and a queen sleeper sofa. Wonderfully open floor plan allows easy movement between sleeping, living and kitchen areas. Narrow bathroom with shower not recommended for people with difficulty navigating smaller spaces. Fabulous deck for dining, relaxing and enjoying the ocean view and sunset.

Quiet beach neighborhood perfect for families with children of all ages. Our cottage is just 1/2 a block (10 houses or so) to Twin Lakes Beach which is next to the Santa Cruz Yacht Harbor. Easy walking distance to restaurants and shops (2 - 3 blocks). Enjoy a local farmer's market every Sunday (Spring through Fall) just 2 blocks away. Ideal for all sorts of outdoor activity including walking, running, biking and all water activities. Surrounded by world class surfing spots. Other highlights include:

- 10 minutes by car to the Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk (don't miss the Giant Dipper roller coaster!) and downtown Santa Cruz.
- 45 minutes drive to Monterey Peninsula (Monterey Bay Aquarium, Pebble Beach, Carmel, golfing)
- 45 minutes drive to the heart of Silicon Valley
- 1 1/2 drive to San Francisco

Amenities include:  Two Outdoor Shower with Hot/Cold Water, BBQ, Patio Set, Beach Towels, Beach Chairs, Wireless Internet, Widescreen LCD TV, DVD, Digital Cable, Washer / Dryer (with supplies).

	Other Information: All stays are subject to a 10% County Occupancy Tax and a one-time Cleaning Fee of $125.
	Laundry Facilities: Washer and dryer in both units; supplies provided
	Parking: Two car off street parking and permit parking on street Memorial Day through Labor Day.  Permits available at 7th Avenue and East Cliff Drive
	PETS: No Pets Allowed
	Linens: All linens and beach towels included
	Check In and Out Times: Check in is 3:00 pm, check out is 10:00 am
	Security Deposit: $500.00 deposit required for all stays.  Fully refundable if no damage.
