A SWIFT BEACH GETAWAY: We welcome you to A Swift Beach Getaway, a vacation beach home. Our home accommodates up to 10 guests and offers you year round vacation rental in Santa Cruz.
This elegant home is brand new with state of the art Chef’s kitchen, high-end stainless steel appliances, elegant bathrooms all designed for casual living. We take pride in providing you, our guests, with a top quality home that is modern, beautifully landscaped, extremely clean and full of fun things to do.
We are conveniently located ½ block to famous West Cliff Dr and walking distance to sandy beaches.

*Patios: Lounge in upper level patio. Backyard patio w/BBQ & patio set.
*Amenities: 4 Plasma TV’s, DVD Player, Premium Cable, DSL Wireless Internet, Unlimited long distance in US.
*Linens: Brand newsheets & bath towels supplied.

Other Information: We allow a maximum of 10 guests (no exceptions).
Sorry, but we do not allow smoking or pets under any circumstances.
We have a strict NO PARTY POLICY.
We will not rent to vacationing students or singles under 25 years of age unless accompanied by an adult guardian over 30 or parent.
You are required to leave the property in the same general condition that you received it.
Included at property: Bed linens, bath towels, BBQ grill, hair dryers, shampoo, hair conditioner, hand lotion, soap, Santa Cruz guides, paper, pens.
Walk, bike, jog or roller blade on famous West Cliff drive. 5 minute walk to beach. 15 minute walk to the boardwalk. Short drive to shopping, downtown, and Capitola.
What you should bring: You are welcomed to use anything on the premises. Pack your own personal toiletry items and beach towels. Our linens are not permitted off premises. The beach towels provided are to be used for the hot tub area only.

Security Deposit:
A damage/reservation deposit of $1000 is required. This must be received within 7 days of booking your reservation. The deposit is refunded within 21 days of departing provided there is no damage. |
