CAPITOLA OCEAN FRONT VACATION HOME: Spend your vacation at this exclusive, Santa Cruz ocean front home on the bluff above "Sharks Cove" surf spot. Enjoy an outdoor wood burning fire overlooking your private and spectacular view of the moon rising over Monterey Bay.

This home has two master bedroom suites with private decks. One has an ocean view, while the other looks onto a beautifully landscaped garden. The dining area, with polished hardwood floor, seats eight and opens to the kitchen and sunroom with an ocean backdrop. The living room has comfortable lounge seating, wood burning fireplace, and an entertainment center equipped with a 62" TV, DVD, VCR, and stereo system. The sunroom, with its walls of windows, brings the panoramic ocean view into the rest of the home. It’s the perfect place to entertain with the indoor barbecue grill, wine bar, tropical plants, leather furniture, wood burning stove and sliding door access to the ocean front patios.

This one of a kind ocean front home invites in the sound of the crashing ocean waves and a never ending view of the Monterey Bay from Capitola to Monterey. While enjoying your stay, you are only a short walk to 2 great surf spots and beaches.

	Kitchen Views of the ocean from your kitchen counter; the oak kitchen bar and stools offer seating for four; tiled floor and counters, large fridge and auto ice-maker, microwave, dishwasher, 4 burner gas Viking range, double sinks with garbage disposal, cold water drinking tap and hot water tap. Many extra appliances for the gourmet cook, (full chef’s knife set, 2 toasters, coffee maker, coffee bean grinder, waffle griddle, mobile butcher block, eating bar, blender, Corning ware cookware, crock pot, Teflon frying pans, pots and pans, bake ware, kitchen linens and basic spices) along with a sets of 8-12: red and white wine glasses, matching cutlery, glasses & dishes.
	Dining Room Polished hardwood floors set the backdrop for the black ebony lacquered dinner table seating 8 and matching buffet. Candlesticks, elegant table linens, charger plates, designer placemats, napkin rings, flower vases, artwork are some of the amenities. Glass sliding doors lead into the sunroom and offer a spectacular view of the ocean.
	Living Room Large Kreiss sofa (down-filled L-shaped, seats 8-10) offers comfortable lounge seating to view the 64” TV, DVD, VCR and Stereo combo and a wood burning fireplace; chopped wood is supplied. Mirror over the fireplace mantel brings in the ocean vista views from the sunroom. Glass sliding doors lead into the sunroom. Glass sliding doors from living area lead into the ocean front sunroom.
	Ocean Front Sunroom The perfect entertaining room with an ocean view to match! A glass wall divides this large 35’x12’ slate and brick sunroom from the rest of the home; the exterior sunroom wall is floor to ceiling windows offering panoramic and spectacular view of the ocean and Monterey Bay to the entire home. Two interior glass sliding doors lead into the sunroom from either the main living room or the dining room. A custom stained glass window highlights the indoor BBQ grill and wine bar. Tropical plants, white leather furniture, wood-burning indoor stove and sliding door access to the ocean front patio make this perfect for entertaining. The other end of the sunroom has an upright Yamaha piano and office desk set up (high speed data access) looking out over the ocean view.
	Master Bedroom 1 The master bedroom and private deck with lounge chairs face the ocean with sliding doors looking out to the Monterey Bay view, letting in the sunshine, fresh ocean breeze and the sound of crashing waves. 	PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICY: Full payment including the entire amount of the rent, $150.00 non-refundable cleaning deposit, 10% lodging tax, as well as a $1000.00 refundable damage deposit is required to complete the booking. The full payment will be forfeited for cancellations made 8 weeks or less from the move-in date.  50% of the full payment will be forfeited for cancellations made more than 8 weeks prior to the move-in date.  The damage deposit is refundable for all cancellations.
