The house has a very private grassy backyard with hot tub, new Weber gas barbeque and wonderful outdoor shower. Fully equipped with beach towels and linens, as well as large laundry room with new washer and dryer.

Family Room: Large comfortable family room looking out to a nicely landscaped pink flagstone patio. Room has a lazy boy for relaxing and watching cable television, as well as a DVD player. The couch shown is a pull out for extra sleeping capacity. Not shown are two high back chairs and a high bar table for enjoying cocktails.

Master Suite: Large and spacious bedroom with lots of windows on all four sides for great air ventilation and sleeping conditions. The room has a pull out couch and television viewing area, and for those colder nights there is a cozy wood burning stove to keep you warm. |

Kitchen: Clean and fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave and all the cooking utensils needed for cooking up fabulous meals. There is small table that will seat up to four for breakfast or lunch. Not shown but adjacent to the sliding glass door there is a nice sundeck for outdoor eating. If you have small babies there is a high chair, pack and play, child backpack and baby jogger. |
